Gift Vouchers and New Clients

Dear Gift Voucher Recipient

We understand that you have recently been gifted a Gift Voucher for services and products at THE BROW AV. 

Shortly after your voucher was purchased, circumstances in salon changed. Due to high volume of clientele, a tough decision was made to close salon books to New Clients from April 2024 through to the remainder of the year. 

With a Senior Stylist about to take maternity leave soon, and the other Senior Stylist unable to take on more hours in salon, this decision was made to ensure that we have the time to focus on, and service, our regular clientele to the best of our ability moving forward. 

With this in mind, we will honour your Gift Voucher for a Signature Brow Service.  We will be happy to have you in salon for this one-off treatment, though please note that we will not be able to re-book you for future brow services until we re-open our books for new clientele once again.  We can offer you one of the following time slots below:

Option 1: Saturday 4 May @ 1.00pm

Option 2: Friday 10 May @ 11.00am

Option 3: Friday 10 May @ 3.00pm

Option 4: Thursday 16 May @ 10.00am

Please contact the salon immediately if one of these options work for you. They are not being held and are first-in-first-serve basis.

If these times do not suit, you are able most welcome to use your Gift Voucher in salon on products/lashlifts/spray tans or wait until new clientele are booked in 2025. (Your voucher is valid through to 2027). 

Please know that your Gift Voucher is non-refundable for cash.
